  Here is the story. We ordered a stove and dishwasher in October. They were going to deliver them on Nov 20th before thanksgiving. They ordered the wrong stove. It was gas instead of electric. After it didn't work we just decided to have it all done after the counters were installed. We told them when we were getting the counters done and when to have them come bring the appliances. Well they opted to not order the stove until we told them when we wanted it, not when the learned it was wrong. So they put us on the delivery list for the day we wanted, never telling us it was never ordered. So the delivery day came and they never gave us a delivery window which was strange. We kept calling and they said we would be getting it that day. Finally at 530 on Friday they called and said we would not be getting our oven and we could call back Tuesday to figure it out. We asked for the owners number and we called him. Turns out they didn't order it until we called for delivery. They said we were missing the fan but it turned out it was the whole stove. After round and round with the owner we were put on the Saturday special delivery without the fan. When the guy came to deliver he asked if we ordered a floor model and told us this must be a loaner. So we called the owner again and he has insured us it will get done properly. We have to wait and see. No contact since the "loaner" has been dropped off.
